MEET
Founder & CEO, MK Your Dream Day
Call her MK or call her Mary Kate! (just not Mary or Kate on their own...) Her passion for event planning stems from her deep love for gathering people together, a passion she's held for longer than she can remember. Growing up, MK jumped at any opportunity to plan a family trip, holiday party, or weekend getaway with friends.
After graduating from Providence College in 2018, Mary Kate poured her passion into the non-profit space, putting together fundraising events, specifically golf tournaments. She made the big leap to leave her full-time job in 2022 so she could focus on growing MK Your Dream Day full-time! A scary decision at first but one that has absolutely helped her determine she is right where she is meant to be. MK thrives when blending her organization, expertise & project management skills to make your dream day a reality.
Outside of wedding planning, MK is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor in Boston - she's created the perfect balance for the somewhat stressful job of wedding planning. You can also find her spending time in Falmouth, MA in the summer. No matter where she is you will ALWAYS find her with dunks in hand!
